We’ve received thousands of entries, our celebrity judges have selected their top 20 favourites and the public has now voted for the ultimate winner of South Africa’s first Doodle 4 Google competition. The winning doodle will go live on the Google South Africa homepage on 03 December 2014 .

Our Cultural Legacy

Monica Bylos, Michael Mount Waldorf School

Our Cultural Legacy

The South Africa of my dreams is full of tradition, unity and beauty. The national symbols (springbok, blue crane etc) support the idea of tradition. The soccer ball and ring of people represent unity. And the Big Five and Table Mountain shows the beauty. South Africa is a unique country and it is my dream that it stays that way.
