the 90 mile beach is in victoria aust.it is not on the southern most coast.the southern most coast is tasmania which is a state and island south of the 90 mile beach

The 90-mile beach as a place listed on the map is in Australia, Victoria, on the southern most coast. I've been there and spent three days there. It's the most beautiful beach in the world.

One day, while browsing google themes, I happened upon this one and loved it. Now it's all the better reading that several people believe it to be Australian. Twenty years ago I visited Australia for 3 weeks all up the east coast from Melbourne to the Great Barrier Reef, including beaches like Sydney's Bondi Beach. I'm just so thrilled people believe this might be an Australian beach and not a Canadian one.

This looks like the southern edge of Victoria, Australia, on the Tasman Sea, where there is, indeed, a 90 Mile Beach in Victoria (the state). I've taken photographs of the area that look very like this one, in fact. More information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninety_Mile_Beach_%28Victoria%29

Just saw this photo - living in the City it says it is, I was ready to move there........ Awww, not here at all!! We do have some beautiful places, but this 90-mile beach (sadly) isn't one of them!

My vote is for Clam Harbour Beach on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia. But really, does it matter? It's a stunning shot and we can dream of summer.

I don't know where the photo was taken, but rest assure, that's not Lake Michigan. Our fresh water lake doesn't make the sea foam you can see produced by the waves.
