Boy bander turned pop culture icon Harry Styles’s former Hollywood Hills mansion has just hit the market again for $7.995 million. Perched in a private gated lot above the famed Sunset Strip, the contemporary four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate is exactly the kind of ultraluxe abode in which you would picture Hollywood royalty residing: sleek, spacious, and splashy as all get-out (the tireless pool party attendees are almost part of the real estate package).

The property is available through the Oppenheim Group’s Emma Hernan, from the hit Netflix reality show Selling Sunset. “I love the privacy you get while still being in the middle of Los Angeles and close to everything,” says Hernan, who recently scooped up a megamansion of her own above Sunset Strip. “It makes you feel like you are on own little island in the Hollywood Hills and is a reminder of the magic of the City of Angels."

The living room features expansive glass-lined partitions that connect seamlessly to the outdoor terrace.

Set atop a two-car garage with an opaque glass door, the 4,400-square-foot multistory home was built in 1946 but has been updated. The entryway yields to an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and disappearing glass walls, which provide access to a grassy terrace with stunning panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific beyond.

The main bedroom at 1271 Saint Ives Place opens up to an expansive balcony.

Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities. In the backyard, a kidney-shaped pool with a spillover spa is set against a wall of bamboo and a lounge area and bar. There’s also a gym, an office, and a home theater with plush silk wall-to-wall carpeting.

The screening room is sheathed in a lavish aubergine velvet.

The Don’t Worry Darling star acquired the property in early 2016 for $6.9 million, according to Zillow. After renovating it, Styles listed it in 2017 at a lofty $8.5 million. He was unable to find a buyer so he lowered the price a few times, finally selling it to the current owner (a corporate entity linked to megarich Singaporean tech entrepreneur Patrick Y. Grove, an episode of Selling Sunset revealed) in 2019 for $6 million.

1271 Saint Ives Place is a glass-walled abode with clean lines, expansive windows, and stunning panoramic views.

“I am very excited to find the next owner of this new century modern home,” Hernan says. “[It] offers tremendous privacy, with expansive jetliner views all the way from the downtown skyline to the ocean, which, combined, really make this home stand out.”
