I got this for Christmas and tried to use it today
I'm so bummer
I turned it on and about 10 seconds, I heard a loud snap and it shut off. The black piece around the inside of the blade broke.
How can I get another blade?
Never got to use it, it was broken the day it arrived new out of the box. Poor quality control.
It says it slices chops and shred but when you use it you have to do a little bit them a little more because if you use the whole vegetable it comes out chopped where as if you go slow you can it to slice (kind of) first time using so I might need more production to get the feel of the unit well see
So easy to use and clean. I've only used it for chopping, but it works great.
