Boerie Rolls with Baked Beans and Chakalaka

Oil

1 Onion, cut into rings

500g Boerewors

2 cups Slaw mix

1 tbsp Cross & Blackwell Mayonnaise

Salt

Pepper

Albany Hot dog Rolls

1 tin KOO Baked Beans in Hot Chakalaka Sauce

Coriander for garnish

Fry the onions until golden and caramelised.
Fry the boerewors.
Warm the chakalaka baked beans in hot chakalaka sauce.
Mix the slaw and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the hot dog rolls and fill with slaw, onions, boerewors and finally KOO Baked Beans in Hot Chakalaka Sauce.
Garnish with coriander.
