Vallis Veg - Mustard Greens Grown At Vallis Veg

A mixture of mostly Green in Snow, Osaka Purple and Giant Red mustard grown here in our polytunnels at Vallis Veg. Delicious cooked in a range of ways, stir fried, noodle soups, curries. We enjoy them lightly stir fried, stems and all, seasoned with soy, chilli and ginger. When the leaves get bigger we pop the stems in for a couple of minutes before the leaves to cook through.
