The wedding of Natalia Vodianova and Antoine Arnault was always going to be a très chic affair, but the couple’s intimate Paris ceremony brought joy during an otherwise quite bleak news cycle. The model and philanthropist shared a picture of herself and her new husband walking out of the registry office, bouquet in hand, confetti in the air, sharing a look of pure happiness.

Vodianova wore a cream collared Ulyana Sergeenko Couture dress with strong shoulders and cinched waist detail. Sweet hand-stitched embroidery was the only splash of color, save for the greenery she held tightly as the couple’s guests, many of whom wore face masks, showered them with petals. Arnault looked immaculate in tailoring no doubt from Berluti, of which he is CEO, or one of the other luxury labels within the LVMH stable.

The newlyweds were due to marry on June 27 at Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers Abbey, but the date was moved due to the pandemic. Arnault proposed to Vodianova on New Year’s Eve, and the bride-to-be shared a picture of her pear-cut diamond ring on January 1 with the caption: “This year has been beautiful and very memorable. 2020 here we come.”

Although the wedding might not have been as grand as the couple, who have two sons together, had imagined, the cheerful picture of the bride and groom making their entrance into the world as husband and wife will last forever.
