I received one cyclinder glass broken and they took care of it immediately. They event sent 2 because of the inconveince. I will definately order from them again based on the stellar customer service that I received.

Ordered 10 sets of 3. One vase of the 30 had a crack. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement and a spare. Very nice product and good service.

Floating candle vase

This vase is a good quality vase.  It has weight and will go great with anything you use it for.

A good buy!

Good glass cylinder.  It is a little narrow inside down toward the bottom. I find a 2.75” dia. Candle fits well.  Unfortunately, 1 came with a tiny crack on the bottom inside. Contacted customer service and they replaced within a few days. Very good response.

Good Glass Cylinder

I was impressed with my order. Besides this Cylinder Vase I ordered Votive and Tealite candle holders and tealite candles. They service I received was fantastic. The shipment arrived when it was scheduled to wrapped very nicely and well protected. I would recommend my friends and family to order from Quick Candles and I would order from them again. Thank You for your GREAT service.

Very Satisfied. I will order again

I ordered 14 glass vases and only received 2. I emailed them to find out if the remaining 12 were coming and got a quick response and the remaining 12 were shipped immediately. Turns out the original box of 12 was damaged in delivery and deemed un deliverable. Only concern is that if I did not email anyone it seems like my order would have been lost and never would have been replaced. In the end though everything worked out and the customer service was fast and great!

I disliked the packaging but they all arrived in perfect condition. And they keep you updated regarding when to expect your delivery!

Used them for wedding centerpieces. Looked great. Just be sure to check them before you use them. I had one broken vase (which was immediately replaced!) but I forgot to neck the candles. Some of the bigger ones were broken. But once I put them in the vase, you couldn't tell they were broken. I'm sure they would've been replaced, I just didn't have the time. 

Also be prepared for many boxes if you get the sets. The glass and candles come separately. 

Would 100% recommend these candles to anyone. Affordable and beautiful. Quick and helpful customer service, too!!

Candle/vase sets

These are very nice looking and sturdy.I wanted to place some battery operated candles in them but the cylinders are narrower at the bottom than at the top.The 6 inch candles only went down about 5 inches.I was able to make them work but I shouldn't have had to.

Odd shape

Seemed like the perfect simple cylinder for a 3x6 cylinder candle. Unfortunately the bottom 2-3 inches tapers in so the 3 cylinder candle gets stuck about 2 inches from the bottom. Not usable. Not very expensive either so whatever, but can't believe product descriptions as it was specifically described as appropriate for a 3 cylinder candle.
