Great phone to compliment decorating ideas and add as a great conversation piece. Nice product for those of us who lived life before the advent of cell phones and sparks interest in those who never had the option of using one. Functional in todays world with its push button style. Have encountered no problems with use. Recommend to anyone who is impressed with its style and not in need of extra options such as memory functions and answering. Call waiting works with this phone. I love it! Friends and family love it too! Helps the piggy bank grow too as many just can't resist using the coin slots even though it is not required for use. Great phone for a nice price. This is such a beautiful piece ! And it’s such good quality! This will look awesome on my husbands gaming desk. You would think it’s actually from the 1950s!

This was a really cool phone. I had purchased it for my kitchen, but ended up returning it because the color did not go well. I was really sad because there was no other place in the house I could use it. It is a functional phone and can be used with or without putting in money. If someone puts coins in the slot, you can retrieve the money by using a key to unlock the compartment. The phone looks exactly like the picture an does come in other colors. I probably would have kept it if I had gotten the black or brushed stainless. I ended up finding a retro wood phone on the site that fits in perfectly with my kitchen. Very pleased with selection at Saples.

Unfortunately, I did not realize that it would require some extensive electrical work to get it hooked into the telephone system, and my husband is semi-invalid, so not able to climb and drill, so I ended up having to return it. Very disappointed that we were not able to keep and make use of it.
