February 5, 2024The ad says it has no internet access. That's misleading. It doesn't have a web browser, but it does have a hotspot. This means a regular computer can access the internet via the phone. So if you're trying to eliminate the internet from your house or from a kid's room, but still have a phone for talk and text, then this phone isn't gonna work for that.

September 23, 2024Purchased to use as a business phone and it seems to be just fine. Our area is not great on signal for the carrier here, but it will also do wifi calling. I love the price and it's simplicity. While I normally carry a smartphone for personal use, I appreciate have a plain phone that is much like a cordless house phone that can go anywhere.
Good phone for the elderly

November 14, 2024Bought this for an elderly relative. While she can’t see well enough to use the full features of it, she has learned how to answer a call on it and she can place a call from it. I like that it is similar to her wireless landline phone.
Great phone for seniors

July 2, 2021I had a little problem with delivery, but Jethro sorted that out quickly, so good customer service.
The phone is basic, which is exactly what my 86 year old father in law wanted. It's just like a home phone with calls, texts and blutooth—no touch screen but very easy to use and set up with the top three buttons. Again it's just like your home phone. The red emergency button on the back is great.
My father in law showed this phone to his friends, and Jethro has a few more customers.
