If you like this sort of thing its fine. For me its "been there and done that." Not a fan. On the other hand the book is quite usable and came quickly so there's that.

Arrived as expected. Book was recommended by an Enneagram presenter. I haven't gotten to read much of it yet but trust the recommendation.
