These skeleton birds are sturdy and made well (not warped), so they stand up and don't fall over easily, as some poorer quality skeleton figures are prone to do. They are small, but not tiny, about the size of a large Jay bird. The heads are a little bit large for the body size, which gives them a slightly cartoonish look, and not so scary, but if you're looking for an accurate representation of a bird's skeleton, then these aren't for you. With their "bone feathers", they wouldn't pass muster for a science project, but the imaginative bone feathers help get a clear impression across easily. They are otherwise reasonably realistic, and perfect for a fun kind of scary effect.

This bird skeleton is just what I was looking for to make a Halloween craft for my son and his family but I couldn't find it anywhere. I know it's just a Dollar Tree item, but I couldn't find it there so, yes, I was willing to pay the extra to get it.

Great Value, durable, weather proof. Must have for Halloween!

These are nice for the cost. Some parts are moveable.
