Teresa Payne Shockley, 64, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Dollar General, Sumitomo and Allen County Head Start. She was a daughter of the late Lewis Lee Payne and Anna Lee Farley Smith.
She is survived by her husband: Mark Shockley, Scottsville, KY;
2 daughters: Shea Shockley and Brittany Shockley (Travis), all of Scottsville, KY;
6 brothers: Timmy Payne, Tracy Payne (Angie), Todd Payne (Lisa), Stacy Payne (Sonia), Michael Payne and Jeremiah Payne (Cora), all of Scottsville, KY;
1 sister: Lisa Mahaney (William), Scottsville, KY;
A special friend: Ann Meador (Allen), Scottsville, KY;
7 grandchildren: Jagger Shockley (Shayne), Jayden Delrosario, Jordan Shockley, Trinity Shockley, Kyler Perez, Brayden Perez and Jase Shockley;
3 great grandchildren and 1 unborn great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a son: Christopher Mark “Moe” Shockley; 1 brother: Terry Payne and 1 sister: Katina Payne.
Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick and Bro. Mark Townsend officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.
